The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), Sunday, intercepted large consignments of Cocaine smuggled into the country through three major international airports in Port Harcourt, Abuja and Lagos.
Seven traffickers were also nabbed in connection to the smuggling by Brazil-based drug cartels.
This was contained in a statement signed by the Director, Media and Advocacy, NDLEA Headquarters, Abuja, Femi Babafemi on Sunday.
The Cocaine was hidden and smuggled using unconventional methods like inside toothpaste tubes and footwear.
