In 2023, The Peak Performer Recognition (TPP2023) kicked off as a celebration of some highly esteemed executives across Africa; at a spectacular high-profile event.

 

Riding on this success, we are set to enhance the experience at The Peak Performer Recognition 2024 (TPP2024) with a Summit, Exhibition and Recognition; to enable career professionals and entrepreneurs converge to share and obtain insights for  accelerating career and business growth. 

 

The Summit segment will focus on Driving A Culture of Peak Performance in Africa: The Magic of Emotional Intelligence as a multi-industry and multi-generational performance enhancement tool.  It is a must-attend for the workforce of any organization seeking to have a head start in the New Year.

ABOUT THE CONVENER

Dr. Abiola Salami is a World-class Performance Strategist committed to raising world class leaders and improving the productive capacity and brand perception of organizations and governments. He is an alumnus of Harvard University, Lagos Business School and American Government’s International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP).

He is a member of the prestigious FORBES Coaching Council. He holds a Doctorate Degree in Behavioural Modification & Performance Improvement from California Metropolitan University. He is the Editor-in-Chief/Publisher of The Peak Performer Africa.

He is the Convener of The Peak Performer Recognition a platform dedicated to nurturing and celebrating highly esteemed executives in Africa in support of SDG #8. He is also the Convener of The Peak Performing Woman of The Year an initiative dedicated to empowering and celebrating women in support of SDG #5.  He founded the Dr Abiola Salami Leadership BootCamp as an intervention to enhance the leadership performance of senior leaders in the private , public and social sectors.
