The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, on Wednesday, celebrated the former military President, Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida on his 81st birthday celebration.
The former Vice President prayed for the ex-military president to live long in good health and vitality.
